Banana Fritters
2 Bananas
50 gram (2 oz) flour
Pinch salt
1 egg
150 ml (4 fl oz) milk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Lemon Juice
Icing sugar
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add egg and beat well, add milk gradually beating until lump free.
Peel bananas & slice. Coat banana slices with batter. Cook in hot oil for 2 minutes until brown. Drain and sprinkle with lemon juice & icing sugar.
