Deep Fried Camembert
4 oz (113 gram) round Camembert
1 teaspoon parsley chopped
1 egg
4 oz (113 gram) dried breadcrumbs
4 oz (113 gram) flour
Cut cheese into 6 wedges, then freeze for 1 hour. Beat egg . Dip each
portion of cheese into beaten egg, then dip in mixture of breadcrumbs and parsley.
Be sure cheese is completely coated. Drop into hot fat, fry until golden brown
about 3 minutes.
