Fried Ice Cream

Fried Ice Cream
6 scoops vanilla or peach ice cream
Dash of cinnamon
225 gram (8 0z) crushed Digestif biscuits
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg
Honey for serving

Make ice cream into balls, freeze for 3 1/2 hours. Mix digestif biscuit crumbs & cinnamon. Roll ice cream balls in mixture and freeze for 30 minutes. Mix milk and egg, beat well. Dip ice cream balls in beaten egg and milk then roll in biscuit crumbs. Put back in freezer for at least 2 hours or can be made up to 2 days ahead of time. Fry in hot oil for 20 seconds until brown. Serve with honey.
