Fried Spam
1 12 oz (340 gr) tin of Spam
1 egg
4 oz (125 gr) flour
Salt and pepper
4 fl oz (125 ml) milk or beer
Slice Spam into 8 slices. In a bowl mix flour,salt, pepper and egg.
Add milk or beer. Beat well until lump free. Coat Spam slices in flour
then dip into batter mixture. Drop into hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Drain and serve hot.
