Italian Beefburgers
Ingredients
500g (1 lb) Lean Ground Beef
Italian Dressing
Couple Dashes of HP Sauce
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Add a few dashes of HP sauce
and some Italian dressing. Adding too much dressing
will cause the burgers to fall apart on the grill.
1 tbsp of dressing wouldn't be very aggressive.
Mix by hand until all ingredients are well blended. Try not to
overwork the meat. Seperate into four even portions. I like to
use my digital shipping scale to seperate into exactly four 125g (1/4 lb) portions.
Shape into burgers.
Grill to perfection.
