Nacho Salad

Ingredients

500g (1 lb) Ground Beef
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
50 ml (2 oz) Water

1 Can Refried Beans
Shredded Cheddar (to taste)
1 Tomato, Diced
Shredded Lettuce
Sliced Jalapenos (from jar)
1 Tbs Sour Cream

Method

Cook and drain the ground beef. Return to pan.

Add the salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, refried beans, and water. Heat and stir until the mixture is smooth.

Place chips on a plate. Spoon some of the bean/meat mixture on top. Add shredded cheese. Place under grill (broiler) until cheese is melted.

In the following order, add diced tomato, lettuce, jalapeno slices, and a tablespoon or two of sour cream. Enjoy!

This recipe will make about 4 Nacho Salads.
