Wiener Schnitzel
Ingredients
4 Pork Steaks (or Butterfly Pork Chops)
Flour
Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs, Beaten
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Butter
Salt
Pepper
1 Lemon
Method
|
Remove the fat from the pork.
|

|
Beat the pork out thin with a meat mallet. Season with salt and pepper.

|
Coat in flour. Shake off excess.
|
|
|
Completely coat in egg.
|
|
Completely coat in breadcrumbs. Use enough oil to cover the bottom of the
frying pan. Add the butter. Get the oil hot before cooking.
Cook both sides until golden brown. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
